SeaNet announces first of its kind co-ownership sale of Sanlorenzo 52 Steel, Seven Sins

September 2019 - A pioneer of co-ownership within the superyacht industry, SeaNet Europe has announced the successful completion of a co-ownership sale of more than 40% of the stunning Sanlorenzo 52 Steel motor yacht ‘Seven Sins’ to a European buyer.

Built by Sanlorenzo in 2017, the sleek lines and timeless style of Seven Sins attracted the attention of the European buyer who wanted to seek a different route to purchase and sought the expertise of SeaNet. SeaNet Europe’s founder and fellow superyacht owner Matty Zadnikar guided the owner through the brokerage process, offering his first-hand experience and brokerage expertise to ensure the successful creation of a SeaNet co-ownership model of more than 40% of Seven Sins.

SeaNet Europe offers current and future yacht owners the benefit of access to Matty Zadnikar’s first-hand experience as a yacht owner, as well as the opportunity to embark on a pioneering alternative ownership model that is becoming increasingly sought after in the superyacht industry.

CEO Matty Zadnikar comments “At SeaNet, we are able to utilise our expertise as owners to guide future yacht purchasers, such as the recent co-owner of Seven Sins, to create a unique purchase model that mutually benefits all parties and ensures maximum return. SeaNet Europe offers a much-needed alternative route to purchasing, building and managing a yacht. Having taken all of those steps myself and experienced the benefits of SeaNet first-hand, we are committed to growing the co-ownership model and shaping the future of the superyacht industry. I truly believe that the industry will follow the trends of others such as real estate and jes, and continue to expand in the world of co-ownership.”

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the capabilities of Seven Sins combine to create the perfect balance of performance and style. With maximum speed of 17 knots, and a range of 4,400nm, the technical specifications of the yacht more than match up to the chic interiors which sleep up to 10 guests and 11 crew. Generous decks, a beach club and an outdoor bar provide the ideal space for entertaining, whilst the jacuzzi and spa offers the perfect options for complete relaxation.

Increasingly, owners are recognising the benefits of having a co-ownership for their superyacht and SeaNet provides the ideal model to find the perfect partner.
